This is an unpaid internship for an industrial design student who wants to gain practical work experience in a design firm.
Qualifications
1. Auto CAD skills is a must and basic Photoshop and Illustrator software skills. Familiarity with PC format.
2. Willingness to take on a variety of tasks. Work collegially with others and also able to work independently.
Job Description
1. Part-time, unpaid internship. 15-20 hours/week, September 2009 - December 2009. (School credit is applicable.)
2. Full involvement in new product development from start to finish
3. Assist on various design projects (ideation process, research, and model making)
4. Will learn manufacturing techniques, model making skills and more!
